It is September once again and the flowers are even more beautiful than last year's batch. It is only not a good month to view Australia's flora and fauna but it is also the best place for any fishing enthusiast to be in. This is the season when these beautiful fish will start making their way into the area in order for them to breed. For those who were not able to get themselves a good catch last year, the following are some tips that you can use so that you will be lucky this time around.

Get yourself a good set of equipment because these fish are well known for being feisty when they are caught. They would struggle hard so it is better if your equipment will be able to tolerate this especially if you are dealing with something that is big.

It is said that these creatures would are good eaters and would more likely be eating anything that you would use as your bait. However, it will work to your advantage if you use food that they like squid and pilchard.

It would never hurt to ask the local anglers where is a good place to start your quest because they know the waters like the back of their hand. The ideal time to do so is during dusk or dawn. You can also try looking for them during the daytime in places that are shallow because it is where they rest as a group.

When you are going to use chumming, always make sure that you are not going to give out too many chum all at once. This will make them full right away and you will not be able to have time to catch them.
