For exponents of fishing as recreation or a sport these areas may be said to be the best places to go fishing:

Southern California.This area not only offers quick access to water but also to salty water fish.The positives about this place is that almost all public salty water fishing places do not need any fishing licence and ship rentals including inflatable kayaks are available.

The Mount Baldy Trout Pools is a personal fishing ground with trouts as long as 18 inches.It is good to note there is licence needed here.The Puddingstone is another pier where bass,bluegill and pussy fish can be found.The black river in Missouri is counseled for those that take fishing as a sport.Smallmouth bass here is in plenty.St Francis Stream also gives fascinating thrills for spin-cast anglers.Irvine lake formerly known as the Santiago Reservoir is a person made feature that gives fishing a totally wonderful experience.

In San Diego region,Lake Jennings Country Park will supply sunfish,catfish and trouts but its good to mention here that one has to make bookings in advance.Lake Poway Recreation Area offers trout,catfish and bass.Lake Hodges is understood to attract fishing due to its big bass fish.Lake Murray Community Park will also give these species with Crappie as an additional one in the wonderful setting the park gives.

Talk about ice fishing and all Colorado can offer is just what any angler would be very pleased to have.The Antero reservoir provides trouts averaging 18 inches or even bigger.Caution however should be taken in ascertaining ice conditions.Aurora and Bear Stream Reservoir will give similar experiences too.

High Desert has fun experience in Hesperia Lake and Jess Ranch Lakes which offer pay per trout angling services.New Land Sport Fishing located in Newport Beach not only offers fishing but also whale watching fun. The last place of course is Vital West down in South Florida. You will find some extraordinary fishing spots down there.
