Discover What May Be Your Next Best Catfishing Bait

One angler would prefer a certain kind of catfish bait that another angler wouldn't fairly choose. If you think your's is the best catfishing bait, ask another angler and they might not agree with you.

Although this may not be far from the truth, what is more clear is that everyone has different approaches of catching a fish and the ordinary means is by using a special catfishing bait.

You are never sure if you have the better catfish bait or not. But what's crucial is that it works efficiently. Some of the very helpful catfishing baits is discussed in the next sections. You might want to try them too!

You can try using a stinky bait first. Stinky baits are by far the easiest bait to prepare yet very good. A chicken liver is just one of the perfect examples of stinky baits. To prepare, you can arrange adequate number of chicken livers into layers.

Don't be surprised if you will discover that fish heads are also one of the great catfish baits to use. Preparing the fish head bait is effortless yet it provide a great catch. You'll actually be astonished to know that this kind of bait has been known to be useful in catching big catfishes.

A good thing to know is that catfish really love smelly foods and a fish head bait is just a perfect example. Without the catfishes in the rivers and lakes, dead bodies of fishes would be floating all around. Catfishes are actually the ones that eat them all.

The most incredible type of catfishing bait is the so called ivory soap mixture. You might doubt about using this but it actually works perfectly. This strange bait are being used by some excellent anglers. Although it sounds strange to a beginner, the ivory soap bait is actually proven to be good at luring the catfishes.

What's even more surprising is that this bait is not just cheap and easy to avail but it is also one of the favorite meals of a catfish. In preparing the bait, you only need to have 4 bars of ivory soap, one-half cup of sugar, and one-half cup of water.

In any pan, pour the water, add sugar and stir until completely mixed.

Sprinkle ivory soap shavings into the prepared solution and heat up to a temperature just adequate to melt the soap.

Then, pour the mixture of the melted soap to a piece of paper and then flatten to make 1/2 inch thick.

Now you have an ivory soap mixture to use in catching that catfish you have always wanted.
