Fishing Tackle Review: The Greys Nitra Shore Rod

By Febrina Bell

Although I do enjoy boat fishing, I much prefer fishing from shore. Why that is, I can't specifically say, but I mainly think it's more challenging to haul a hard-fighting fish out of the surf than to land it in a boat. That being said, like all anglers, I like to have the right fishing tackle with me when I'm stalking the denizens of the sea. So, over the years, I've acquired a substantial collection of fishing gear. One rod I find myself reaching for quite often is my Greys Nitra shore rod. Read on to learn why.

The Greys Nitra Shore Rod Fishing Tackle's Key Features. I am confident about the quality of this model of fishing tackle since it was supported by the Greys brand. Thish powerful beachcaster is very compatible with my needs because I am not someone who avoids going to challenging locations. This rod performs really well despite of the fact that it is really a tough rod. I especially like the fact that it can overcome strong breakers and fast tides when its light weight is combined with a powerful tip and slim blank. It also has unparalleled bite detection. I am always very careful to match this rod with a strong terminal tackle that can complement its strength and power every time I use it.

Additional Information About the Greys Nitra Rod

Nitra's performance remains excellent and without the bait getting damaged even when I'm using soft baits despite of my powerful casting style. From my experience, I've discovered that this model is a very versatile one and can be used for a number of shore fishing applications. I am very sure to say that the creators of this model has angler like me in mind when they created this model. One very important feature about this rod is that even though it is slim and lightweight, it is still well balanced, making it my preferred tool for fishing in mixed or rough ground. It is made from high-quality components and combines reliability with flawless performance. Greys is the only range of sea rods that offers unconditional and full warranty to its rods.

My Final Thoughts on the Greys Nitra Shore Rod Fishing Tackle

This model only costs 230 British Pounds and I can say that every penny that I paid was worth it. I think the length of this rod which is 13'6" is just right for me and it can also cast baits up to a maximum weight of 60z. It has a butt length of 6'2" and a tip length of 7'4".It also has a very appealing black colour. There are anglers who think that the rod is stiff and heavy and I also had the same opinions as them until I finally made my first cast. Contrary to other rods, this one does not pull by arm and I am also very proud to report that I was able to cast longer than 200yd. I also really like the sliding trigger feel seat that locks the rod securely into place. This feature is perfect for medium and large sized reels.

For the ultimate in top quality shore fishing tackle, I'm pleased to recommend the Greys Nitra rod.
